Caring for a loved one in mental distress can often feel overwhelming, especially when the caregiver is unsure of how to help. This uncertainty can stem from a lack of understanding or relatability to the person’s experiences. In today’s world, where mental health challenges are becoming increasingly recognized yet still remain complex, it is crucial for caregivers to find effective ways to support their loved ones. My caregiver support sessions are designed to bridge this gap, offering insight and strategies to foster deeper connections and understanding. Inspired by my own experiences and the struggles my parents faced when they didn’t know how to help me, I am committed to ensuring that no caregiver feels lost. Through these sessions, we can empower each other to navigate the intricacies of mental health challenges together.
My sessions are designed to be inclusive for clients of all ages, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to participate. All clients, regardless of age, must sign a Service Liability Waiver and provide proof of legal identification. However, for minors—those under the age of 18—it is mandatory to have a parent or guardian's consent and signature on the Service Liability Waiver on file before the appointment begins. If this form is not provided, the scheduled appointment will be forfeited, and a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
The cancellation and refund policy is a safeguard to protect the efforts of clientele and NeuroMorph alike.
To receive a refund, cancellation requests must be submitted within two (2) hours of the start of the appointment through the "Contact Us" portal. Cancellation requests received within two (2) hours of the start of the appointment will not receive a refund.
An exception will be made to those with unforeseen circumstances such as injury, illness, loss of family or friend, or other circumstances outside of the client's control. Requests will need to be made through the "Contact Us" portal with proof of circumstance to receive a refund, and decisions will be made at NeuroMorph's discretion.
If an appointment has to be terminated due to client conduct, a refund will not be issued.
If a charge is disputed on a completed service, or a service without a cancellation request before the two (2) hour start time, the client will not be allowed to book future services with NeuroMorph.
